Living Area

The living room has high ceilings and is open to the kitchen and dining room. With enough space for everyone to be together but in their own area. Watch TV in the living room or play games at the dining table while whomever is in the kitchen can participate in all the fun. Or step outside the back door to the covered patio and follow the path to the shared swimming pool. The couch has a sleeper tucked away for extra guests.

2 Bedrooms

The 1st bedroom has a bunk bed with double on the bottom and twin on the top. There is also a twin trundle tucked underneath. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a large walk in closet. Both bedrooms have flat panel TV’s.

2 Bathrooms

The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo while the master bathroom has a tile walk-in shower with double vanity and walk in closet.

Kitchen

This kitchen is fully stocked for your enjoyment. There is even a Keurig Coffee maker along with a standard drip coffee maker. You can save lots of money by preparing family meals here. There is abundant cabinets and a pantry to store all your goods out of the way. There is a dining table with bench and chairs to seat 6-8.

Pool and Outdoors

The back door opens to a covered patio with a few Adirondack chairs. There is a stone path leading to the shared swimming pool with separate kids splash pool. There is also BBQ grill for your use stored in the garage.

Parking

There is parking for 2-3 vehicles depending on their size. Garage parking is available. No boats or trails are allowed.
